C5 Hidden Orthodontics® takes a different approach to discreet straightening. Instead of brackets on the front of your teeth or trays you wear over them, a very thin, flexible wire is bonded to the back of your front teeth — similar to the bonded retainer many patients already know, except this one is actively straightening your smile.

Because everything sits on the tongue side, treatment is completely hidden. And because the wire is fixed in place, there is nothing to take out, keep track of, or remember to wear.
