Some soreness after braces are placed or adjusted is normal and usually eases within a few days. Soft foods and good oral hygiene help you stay comfortable.
Keep aligners and retainers clean, store them in their case when not in use, and keep them away from heat. If an appliance is lost or damaged, call us so we can replace it before your teeth shift.
